Definitely recommended for everyone to go there with a beautiful view of the Karwendel and a beautiful lake

Very nice service, delicious pea soup, it's nice at the lake

Unfortunately I cannot recommend the inn at all. The waitresses were very rude and as a customer you had the feeling that you were unwelcome and that you should order and leave as soon as possible. Our plates were totally dirty and the food (apple strudel) unfortunately only tasted like cardboard with sugar.

Disgusting condition and unpleasant unfriendly service. The only nice thing here is the view, but next time I prefer from the park bench. The plates are dirty and the service is cheeky. It's a shame because you want to relax here and enjoy your time. In the appendix you can see the disgusting plate rims ...

Wonderful landscape surrounded by mountains, location directly on the crystal clear lake. Food is tasty.

You sit beautifully by the lake with a view of the mountains. Of course, many want that and so you can ask what you want here. So food is expensive, but the portions are plentiful. Service was quick and friendly. We recommend the Kaiserschmarrn. We had the Knödl-Tris for € 13.50

Despite or especially because of Corona, I really recommend it: well organized, distances and mask requirements are observed. And above all: the view and the food were terrific. With great pleasure again and again.

Very nice place to eat, drink and linger, very friendly waitresses good menu selection, great view over the lake. You should be there early at noon otherwise it will be full.

Only had a provisional mouth and nose protection and was therefore not let in. Kindly someone gave me a mask and then it went. Pea soup delicious, apple strudel very sweet. Location great.

You sit wonderfully by the lake, the food was extremely delicious and was even served shortly after the kitchen closed. Nice service. We have marked this as a hiking destination for the next vacation.

Nice spot by the lake. They were slammed when I got there, and then managed to forget my food for quite some time. I nearly missed my train. But the food was representative of style and the location is pretty.

Lovely location in the Bavarian mountains, beside a peaceful green lake. We had potato pancakes, which were delicious. Very friendly young lady server who spoke great English. Enjoy a walk around the lake, which takes about 45 mins at a leasurely pace. Wonderful scenery. The town of Mittenwald is close by, which is a real gem of a place.

Excellent log cabin on the Ferchensee lake. Offer of Bavarian dishes varies me and of excellent quality. Beautiful garden with outdoor service where you can enjoy a splendid view of the alpine lake and the surrounding mountains. The service is efficient, the absorption and the quality of the superb desserts. Kaiserschmarrn mouth-watering. Since it is easy to reach, on fine days and at peak times it can be crowded.

Nice service on a beautiful terrace on the wonderful, idyllic Ferchensee. The Kaiserschmarrn is legendary and d. Dumpling tries very tasty.

Beautiful place. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed.

Its a dreamy place. Total relaxation. A green lake mirrors the mountain. Excellent for hiking, biking, running.

Nice view and good prices. No idea about the quality of the food, just had drinks. But waiting times on weekends is very long; took long until the waiter came to take our order (over 10 minutes), it took long to bring the orders (2 beers only), also more than 10 minutes. And for paying afterwards, I just went inside to the cashier after 15 minutes of waiting for a waiter to bring the bill.

Superb place to stop for coffee and apple pie middle of your trek. (and/or lunch.)

A wonderful place for a short daily walk. There are also hiking routes starting from this area, which offers more excitement for the ones willing to push themselves on the way to Obere Wettersteinspitze (2297 m)

beautiful views, especially in good weather. hiking is good, and there's a bier garden for those that require such amenities 😃
